Filtering and Sorting Documents

This article explains how to filter documents to focus on specific subsets of files.

Filtering Documents

Users can filter the workspace document list to display only documents that match selected tags or other fields. The document list will update automatically as filters are applied. Filters affect only your view of the workspace and do not affect other users.

How to Filter Documents

To apply a filter:

  1. Open the filter panel next to the column you wish to filter on.

  2. Choose the appropriate filter option.

  3. Select the value to filter by.

  4. Then click Apply.

The document list updates automatically to display only documents that match the selected filter criteria. Filters can be cleared or reset at any time to return to the full document list.
